It hopes to bring new memories to a place that evokes so much pain for many people. Somer's Garden honors 7-year-old Somer Thompson who was kidnapped, raped and murdered just blocks from her Clay County home.
On Saturday, September 19th, you can help add to the memorial garden.

The Somer Thompson Foundation is teaming up with Bring Food Forests to Northeast Florida for the Fall Planting Event.
The self-sustaining food garden is used to support children, the elderly and the food insecure of Orange Park.
The event is from 9 a.m. to 1 p.m. at 1152 Gano Avenue in Orange Park.
