ORLANDO, Fla. – The family of a Seminole County boy who committed suicide at a school will be filing a lawsuit on Monday after they say their son was bullied to death.
Investigators say Lamar Hawkins, 14, brought his father's gun to Greenwood Lakes Middle School and shot himself in a bathroom.
A family attorney told News 6 that he will be filing the wrongful death suit against "all responsible parties."
The State Attorney's Office decided not to file any charges in the case.
