Fans flock to EverBank for Country Music Superfest

JACKSONVILLE, Fla. – Thousands of country music fans came out to EverBank Saturday for the second year of Country Music Superfest.

Earlier in the afternoon, fans got together for Fan Fest; a pre-show where they met and greeted artists. They also got to hear from up and coming country music bands.

Then, they all headed inside to hear the sounds of artists like Cole Swindell, Keith Urban and the Zac Brown Band.

More than just music, for fans Saturday night was about forming memories.

"I was raised on a cattle farm and brought up on country," said Chase Richardson, visiting from Illinois. "I just love the music. It brightens my soul."

Kenny Chesney, Colt Ford and several other singers will hit the stage Sunday.

About 80,000 people came out to Country Music Superfest last year. News4JAX is waiting to learn the numbers from 2015.
