JACKSONVILLE, Fla. – The Florida Highway Patrol says Roelle Nazareno Bongayan, 19, died in a crash late Thursday night.
According to the FHP report, Bongayan was on the ramp from Interstate 295 northbound to J. Turner Butler Boulevard about 10:45 P.M. when he lost control of his 2002 SUV and hit a tree. Bongayan died at the scene.
