JACKSONVILLE, Fla. – The FBI is seeking a man it's calling "John Doe 34" who may have information about the identity of a child victim in an ongoing sexual exploitation case.
He may have ties to the southern region of the United States.

Initial videos of the unidentified male shown with a child were first recorded by the National Center for Missing and Exploited Children in July 2015.
Investigators enhanced the images and believe they contain several clues which may help identifying the man, including a wooden armoire and doll in the background of the videos.
An audio clip was also released where you hear John Doe say the following phrases: "watching videos," "Bubba's gonna get to play it here in a minute," and "in a minute."

Based on John Doe 34's accent in the video, it's believed he resides in the southern part of the U.S.
Investigative clues in the videos suggest the child was abused potentially around Thanksgiving.
John Doe 34 is described as a white man, likely between 18-25, with short brown hair and prominent brown eyebrows.
Anyone with information should submit a tip online or call the FBI's toll-free tip line at 1-800-CALL-FBI (1-800-225-5324).
No charges have been filed in this case and the man pictured is presumed innocent unless and until proven guilty in a court of law.
The man is being sought as part of the FBI's Operation Rescue Me and Endangered Child Alert Program initiatives.
Operation Rescue Me focuses on utilizing clues obtained through in-depth image analysis to identify the child victims depicted in child exploitation material.
