FDLE: 3-year-old girl, 6-month-old boy sought

Armari Briggs, Zhi Moss last seen in Panama City area

The Florida Department of Law Enforcement said 3-year-old Armari Briggs and 6-month-old Zhi Moss may be in the company of 34-year-old James Allen Moss Jr.

PANAMA CITY, Fla. – Authorities are asking for the public's help in finding a 3-year-old girl and 6-month-old boy who were last seen in the Panama City area.

A Florida missing child alert was issued Thursday evening for 3-year-old Armari Briggs and 6-month-old Zhi Moss, who may be in the company of 34-year-old James Allen Moss Jr., according to the Florida Department of Law Enforcement.

Armari was last seen wearing a white T-shirt and orange skirt, and may be in need of medical care. She is described as black, 3 feet tall, weighs 35 pounds, and has black hair and brown eyes.

Zhi was last seen wearing a white onesie. He is described as black, 2 feet tall, weighs 22 pounds, and has black hair and brown eyes.

James Moss has dreadlocks that are dyed red, and a tattoo on his inner-left forearm and the left side of his neck. He is described as black, 6 feet 2 inches tall, weighs 160 pounds, and has black hair and brown eyes.

FDLE said James Moss is known to have anti-government beliefs and those in contact with him should use caution.
