JACKSONVILLE, Fla. – The Jacksonville Fire and Rescue Department responded to a small fire at Avesta Apartments, Thursday morning.
The fire was reported around 6:15 a.m. at 3200 Harley Road in Mandarin. According to JFRD, the small fire had smoke coming out of one unit in building 35.
