Florida Senate, District 6

After the redistricting process earlier this year, Florida Senate District 6 now covers all of St. Johns, Flagler and Flagler counties and northern Volusia County.

Since incumbent John Thrasher is unopposed for the Republican nomination and challenger Kathleen Trued is the only Democrat in the race, this race bypasses the primary and goes straight to the general election in November.
