Hall was arrested in mid-September with the parents of missing toddler Lonzie Barton after authorities say they sold the synthetic drug Molly to an undercover officer in Macclenny.

Chris Barton remains in jail in Baker County on those drug charges. Lonna Barton is in the Duval County jail, where she and her boyfriend, Ruben Ebron, are charged with child neglect and lying to police in the July 24 disappearance Lonzie Barton.

Earlier this week a judge agreed that Ebron and Lonna Barton would be tried together in a trial scheduled to begin Dec. 7.
