Clay County was assisted by Putnam County which had been near the area having been dispatched to a reported fire at State Road 21 and State Road 26, which turned out to be the fire in Clay County.

Firefighters were able to contain the fire, but Motes said the building is destroyed.

No injuries were reported.

Motes said he is unsure what exactly caused the fire, but said it seems highly suspicious.

The State Fire Marshal will conduct an investigation.
