JACKSONVILLE, Fla. – A man in his 90s shot another man at an apartment Saturday afternoon, according to the Jacksonville Sheriff's Office.
It happened around 4 p.m. on Lazarette Court in the Greenland area of Mandarin, off Old St Augustine Road south of Interstate 295.

Police say the man in his 90s shot the other man, who is in his 60s, in his thigh.
The man was taken to the hospital with non-life threatening injuries.
The elderly man was detained and is being questioned by police.
