JACKSONVILLE, Fla. – The body of a 51-year-old man was found Sunday inside a home in Arlington, according to the Jacksonville Sheriff's Office.
Around noon, officers received a call of a "person down" in the 1400 block of North St. Johns Bluff Road.

When officers arrived, they found Charles McNeel dead inside. Police said the death is an active criminal investigation.
