Santa, himself, appeared LIVE on The Morning Show and talked about some of the fun planned for the children who visit.

"They're going to have a terrific day.  There's going to be some arts and crafts, a lot of pictures, a lot of ho, ho, ho's," he said.

"Saturday with Santa" will also include "Science with Santa" in the JEA Science Theater at 1:30 p.m. and 3:30 p.m.

"The Alien Who Stole Christmas" will play in the Bryan-Gooding Planetarium at 1 p.m.  The cost for that is an additional $5 per person in addition to the museum admission.

The event is $10 for adults, $8 for students and active and retired military and seniors.  Children ages three to 12 are $6.  There is no admission fee for children under two or museum members.
