CORAL GABLES, Fla. – A 4-year-old girl who police say was kidnapped in Coral Gables Monday was found safe in Southwest Miami-Dade County.
A statewide Amber Alert was issued after a passerby noticed the trunk of a gray 2013 Chevy Impala open and with what appeared to be a child inside in the area of S.W. 57th Avenue and S.W. 40th Street. The vehicle was last seen traveling eastbound on S.W. 40 Street.

The car's tag number is 106 LYT.
Further information revealed the vehicle to be rented by 44-year-old Hernan E Daza-Novellino.
Police have not yet released any further information but are investigating the details surrounding this story.
