ORLANDO, Fla. - Passengers passing through Orlando International Airport are getting more options to help speed through security screenings.
Starting this week Southwest passengers can participate in the Pre-Check program. The Transportation Security Administration offers the program to allow passengers to skip having to remove their shoes, belts, light jackets and even electronics when going through security.
The TSA offers the program to U.S. citizens in the frequent traveler programs for United, American, Alaska, Delta and Southwest airlines. U.S. citizens in the U.S. Customs and Border Protection Trusted traveler program are also eligible for the Pre-Check program.
