ST. AUGUSTINE, Fla. – Saint John Fire and Rescue officials say Sunday morning a 40 foot boat caught fire behind Hurricane Patty's restaurant.
Heavy smoke and flames were seen coming from the boat. Fire crews from St. Johns County responded to the scene with 3 engines and a marine boat. The city of St. Augustine responded with 2 engines, 1 ladder truck and the city fire boat.

Crews battled the fire for over an hour Sunday. Reports of a fuel leak were a concern but later determined not to be the case.
No injuries were reported in fire and the damage is still being investigated.
