Maldonado is also on four years probation for three additional counts of grand theft that he was found guilty of four months ago.

Maldonado is the owner of M & M Fence Company and is accused of entering into contracts with victims and demanding partial payments for fencing work.

According to St. Johns County Sheriff’s Office Financial Crimes Detectives, the four current investigations
reveal that Maldonado would cash the victim’s checks and then make no effort to begin work or contact the victims.

Two of these cases are from last summer and the other two are from April of this year.

Additional charges are pending further investigation.

Anyone with any information on the whereabouts of Maldonado is asked to contact the St. Johns County Sheriff’s Office at 904-824-8304. Tipsters can also remain anonymous and possibly be eligible for a cash reward by calling CrimeStoppers of N.E. Florida at 1-888-277-TIPS.
