Freeze warning can't dim holiday spirit in St. Augustine

Nation's oldest city welcomes Christmas tourists

ST. AUGUSTINE, Fla. – National Geographic called the holiday light display in the nation's oldest city one of the world's 10 best.

St. Augustine is a huge draw for tourists year round. But for those looking for Christmas fun in the sun, they are feeling this Florida freeze instead.

Chris Woolston took in the holiday lights along downtown St. Augustine Saturday. He is spending his Christmas in Florida for the first time.

The native of Great Britain told Channel 4 he found the weather welcoming.

"I can handle this. It's nothing," Woolston said
