ST. JOHNS COUNTY, Fla. – The St. Johns County Sheriff's Office is warning about a scam where people are pretending to work for Microsoft to get personal information.
The scammers are calling people and advising them there's a problem with their computer.

The scammers ask for personal information in order to "access and/or fix" the computer.
The sheriff's office said you should not provide any information to anyone you don't know and if it seems suspicious, report it.
