Two Palm Coast men arrested for armed robbery

Officials say they robbed a pharmacy, possibly two

FLAGLER COUNTY, Fla. – The Flagler County Sheriff's Office says two Palm Coast men were arrested Saturday morning in connection to an armed robbery of a St. Johns County pharmacy, and face additional charges from a late night burglary of a Palm Coast pharmacy.

The Sheriff's Office arrested Daniel Garrett Lindsey, 29, and Matthew Dalton Barker, 27. St. Johns County deputies charged the two in connection with an armed robbery of a CVS pharmacy at 3690 U.S. Highway 1 in St. Augustine that happened at about 9 a.m. Saturday.

Deputies also responded to a Palm Coast pharmacy burglary several hours prior at about 1:15 a.m. on Saturday after a passerby noticed the glass front door of the business had been broken out.

That's when deputies learned that pharmacy had been burglarized about two hours earlier. Detectives believe Lindsey and Baker are behind that burglary as well.

Lindsey and Barker were taken to the Flagler County Detention Facility. They were booked on charges of robbery with a firearm, according to deputies.

Officials say they are both currently in St. Johns County jail being held on a $250,000 bond.
