BUNNELL, Fla. -

A fourth suspect charged in connection with a shooting of a teenager during a drug deal in Palm Coast earlier this month surrendered Thursday night to officials at the Department of Juvenile Justice facility in Daytona Beach.

An arrest warrant was issued for 16-year-old Raymond Spencer, of Palm Coast, in days after shots were fired at 19-year-old Trevor Blumenfeld on Nov. 4.  Spencer was charged with principal to aggravated battery with a deadly weapon. He is currently being held at the Juvenile Justice facility until he appears at a court hearing.

Earlier in the week, two adults and a second teenager from Palm Coast were arrested by Flagler County detectives in connection with the shooting, which they say occurred during a drug deal.

Mathew Leslie Smith, 18, was charged with attempted felony murder and aggravated battery with a deadly weapon. Detectives named Smith as the person who fired several shots at Blumenfeld, striking him once in the right arm with the bullet passing through his arm and into his chest.

Matthew D. Morris, 20, and Cameron M. Parker, 15, were both charged with accessory to aggravated battery.

Blumenfeld was found following the shooting bleeding severely from his wounds at the front door of his mother's home on Llovera Place. Deputies arrived on scene and attended to Blumenfeld who was flown to Halifax Medical Center in Daytona Beach where he underwent surgery. His condition remains critical but stable.

"Our deputies did a thorough job securing the scene and conducting their investigation into this incident," said Sheriff James Manfre.
