George Zimmerman's parents seeking over $600,000 from Roseanne Barr

Comedienne posted couple's address on Twitter in 2012

ORLANDO, Fla. – Attorneys for comedienne Roseanne Barr say George Zimmerman's parents want her to pay them over $600,000.

Robert Zimmerman and Gladys Zimmerman filed a lawsuit against Barr earlier this year. They're looking for compensation for a 2012 tweet Barr posted that included the address of their Lake Mary home.

In newly filed court documents, Barr's attorneys say the Zimmermans are asking for $37,400 to cover things like hotel and meal costs. The couple says they were forced to leave their home and go into hiding after the post to the social media site. The Zimmermans are also reportedly asking for $600,000 for emotional damages.

Attorneys for Barr say the comedienne shouldn't have to pay the Zimmerman's anything since the couple's address is already public record. Barr also deleted the post shortly after it was made.

George Zimmerman was found not guilty last year of murdering Trayvon Martin in Sanford.
