2 North Carolina fugitives arrested in Kingsland

KINGSLAND, Ga. – The Kingsland Police Department arrested two fugitives from Greensboro, N.C., early Wednesday.

Lorenzo Clegg, 21, and Frea Nunley, 38, are suspects in numerous felony crimes, including armed robbery and kidnapping.

They were reported to be driving a 2000 Chrysler Town and Country white minivan with North Carolina license plate ACK1739 and were possibly staying in the Kingsland area, poilce said.

Officers located the suspects' vehicle in the parking lot of the Faith Barber Shop on North Lee Street. They said the vehicle was unoccupied when first located.

Police said a surveillance operation began, and about 30 minutes later, both suspects came out of the barber shop and approached the vehicle and were apprehended without incident.

The suspects were taken to the Camden County jail in Woodbine.
