Officers also responded to a 911 report at 2:56 a.m. of several armed suspects running from a mobile home at Camden Point; the call came in from a nearby neighbor.

Upon arrival at the home, officers discovered that several armed suspects had kicked open the front door of the single wide mobile home and after gaining entry, police said they demanded money from those inside.

During the course of the robbery, police said two male residents were "pistol whipped" and suffered moderate injuries to the face and head. A female victim and a 5-year-old child were not injured in the robbery.

Authorities said the injured male victims were taken to the South East Georgia Medical Center in St. Marys for treatment.

Police said the suspects fled the area after taking a large flat screen TV, two laptop computers, a cell phone and a small amount of money from the victims.

The three males suspects were armed with two full-sized pistols and a 12-gauge pump action shotgun.

Authorities said the suspects left the area in a 1992 Olsmobile Cutlass, white in color bearing Georgia license plate PES8264, registered to an address in St. Marys.

The four suspects were identified by police as 21-year-old Jordan Marvin Banks of Kingsland, 17-year-old Daquion Reed of St. Marys, 17-year-old Jakai Matthews of St. Marys, and 30-year-old Shakita Charmaine James of St. Marys.

Police said the charges against the four include armed robbery, aggravated assault, party to armed robbery, possession of firearm by convicted felon, cruelty to children second-degree, possession of cocaine, possession of marijuana, provide false name/information, and driving while license suspended/revoked.

In addition to the incident in Kingsland, police said property from a similar crime which had occurred in St. Marys one hour before was recovered and turned over to the St. Marys Police Department for investigation.
