The Ledger-Enquirer reports police arrested the husband late Friday, two days after paramedics were called to his apartment and found his wife with a possible stab wound to her chest. An autopsy concluded her aorta had been punctured by a sharp object, possibly a mail opener.
It was not known Saturday whether Noel Morgan had a defense attorney.
