BRUNSWICK, Ga. – Brunswick police officers called to a fight at a home on Player Street Thursday evening found a meth lab.
Police were dispatched to the fight call and found that two men had been in an altercation adjacent to a motor home parked in the driveway of the home.

The owner of the home, who also owns the motor home, asked the officers to check out the motor home because there had been some suspicious activity in and around it for the past few days.
When officers entered the motor home to investigate, they spotted what appeared to be an active methamphetamine lab.
Members of the Brunswick and Glynn County Fire Departments, Glynn/Brunswick Narcotics Enforcement Team and the Georgia Bureau of Investigation responded to the scene to investigate the lab. The Brunswick Fire Department had to decontaminate the initial three officers who entered the motor home, as well as two people who were later arrested related to the meth lab and four others who had been inside the motor home.
Police arrested Shawn Gailey, 28, and Dara Holder, 21, both of Brunswick. Both were being held at the Glynn County Detention Center without bail on charges on manufacturing methamphetamine.
