DUNWOODY, Ga. - The Georgia State Board of Education is wanting to hear from the public and educators regarding the state's education.
A public hearing is scheduled to take place in Dunwoody High school Tuesday at 7 p.m.
The board wants to discuss and get the public's opinion regarding student progress and problems in public education. One of the topics expected to be brought up is the Common Core Georgia Performance Standards.
To speak at the hearing, Board of Education officials say those attending must sign in upon arrival.
