The Duval County grand jury indicted three men Thursday on charges of first-degree murder.

James Xavier Rhodes, 21, was indicted for the murder of Shelby Farah, who was shot execution-style during a robbery at the MetroPCS on Main and 21st streets.

Rhodes is accused of walking into the cellphone store and demanding money from Farah. Investigators say that after she complied with the robber’s request, she was shot three times.

In addition to murder, Rhodes was indicted on charges of armed robbery, aggravated assault and possession of a firearm by a convicted felon.

Jallil DeQuan Graves, 19, and Avery Wood, 19, were indicted for the double murder of two brothers at the Golden Corral on Normandy Boulevard. Andrew Bohannon, 24, and his 19-year-old brother, Matthew, were shot and killed in the restaurant’s parking lot on July 14.

In addition to murder, Graves and Wood were indicted on one count of armed robbery.

Rhodes and Wood are located in the Duval County Jail. Graves is being detained in Clay County on an unrelated case.
