Spending a lazy weekend on the couch seems like a great way to relax but a new study finds it may actually cause you more stress.

DailyMail reports, the average jam-packed weekend feels precisely six hours and 19 minutes longer than one spent on the sofa

According to the Survey, a third of people who crammed social events into their schedule felt like they had three days off. Half of the people who had a lazy Sunday  said they did not get enough time away come Monday.

It is because we measure time by gaining memories.

The study from online ticket shop StubHub polled 2,000 people.
