JACKSONVILLE, Fla. – A new service road is being named as the next big milestone of the Interstate 95 Overland Bridge Project.
Residents commuting to downtown Jacksonville via I-95 North using the Main Street and Acosta bridges and Prudential Drive exits will be shifted to a new service road as part of the I-95 Overland Bridge Project.

The new traffic shift will begin in December and is needed to allow the construction of I-95 northbound to begin.
The entrance ramp to the new service road is located approximately two miles south of the current downtown exits near the San Diego Road overpass.
