Ice cream, medicine, vacuum cleaner face recalls

Ice cream, medication and a vacuum are coming off the shelves because of recalls.

Another brand of ice cream is joining Blue Bell in a recall because of possible listeria contamination.

One randomly tested sample of Jeni's Splendid Ice Cream was contaminated with listeria.

The company said it's unaware of any illnesses caused by its products, but it has issued a recall out of caution.

All ice creams, sorbets and ice cream sandwiches are affected.

The Food and Drug Administration is investigating.

Also, Mucinex fast-max liquid products are part of a voluntary recall because some medications may not have the correct drug facts label on the back.

Specifically, the company is concerned about the "night time cold and flu," "cold and sinus," "severe congestion and cough" and "cold, flu and sore throat" products.

Consumers who've bought those products should throw them away in sealed bags.

To be extra safe, mix it with things like kitty litter or coffee grounds.

Rounding out the list of recalls is a high-end vacuum.

Euro-Pro is recalling four models of its Shark Rotator Powered Lift-Away vacuum cleaners.

They are easy to identity since they are either maroon or purple.

A part in the wand can break and lead to possible electric shock. The company said it will replace the wands for free.
