The state Supreme Court found Slama has not paid his corporate or personal taxes in the past eight years.

He said it's a result of personal and family-related crises.

Two attorneys were disbarred, five had their licenses revoked, 11 were suspended and the Florida Bar publicly reprimanded three. Four attorneys received more than one form of discipline, one was placed on probation and three were ordered to pay restitution.

Discipline case files that are public record are posted to attorneys’ individual online Florida Bar profiles. Additional information on the discipline system and how to file a complaint are available online.
