Police said King stabbed Burney to death while she was pregnant in June 2010.

At the time of Burney's death, she was living in an Arlington home with King's ex-girlfriend.

Evidence showed that King killed 23-year-old Burney because she was interfering with his relationship.

Burney (pictured, right) was a mother of three and eigth months pregnant when police said King stabbed her in the neck and chest with a knife.

King was also on probation when he killed Burney. King was on probation after being arrested for kicking in a door at his ex-girlfriend's home.

King was initially arrested on unrelated charges the day of the killing and named a person of interest in Burney's death. He wasn't charged with her murder until August 2010.

This was King's third trial on the murder charge, first first two ending with hung juries.

King will be sentenced the week of Oct. 21 and faces life in prison.
