Jaguars continue job fair Monday

JACKSONVILLE, Fla. – If you're looking for a job, the Jacksonville Jaguars may be looking for you.

The NFL team opened its doors to a job fair, inviting the friendly and professional to apply.

"I'm really excited," said Michelle Ronsman, a job fair applicant. "I was really nervous when I came here, actually."

"I walked in and this was the first group I went to and I got the job right on the spot," said Nicholas Newcomb.

The Jaguars continue the job fair Monday from 4-8 p.m. The job fair is in the East Club of the stadium and you can park in lots C or D. The jobs are typically part time and seasonal. Just a few examples of jobs they're looking to fill include concessions, ticket takers, ushers, parking, security and more.

They want people who are friendly and have what they call a professional approach to world class service.

The job seekers Channel 4 spoke with said they're up to the task and excited about the chance to be part of the NFL world.

"Oh, I love game days," said Chemir Stephens. "I've never worked the game days before but I feel like being here, the energy is high and uplifting. I can't wait, I'm pumped,"

"They said they were looking for someone who's sociable and could put other people in a good mood, so come to work, be in a good mood, meet new people, serve them and maybe the good vibe will be a little bit contagious," Ronsman said.

"They definitely want energetic people -- people who support the Jags, people who come and know the team, (are) energetic, fun-loving people that have customer service (experience) and want to bring that atmosphere to the stadium," said Newcomb.
