JACKSONVILLE, Fla. – Deputies are searching for a woman who robbed a Jacksonville Compass Bank at gunpoint on Friday.
According to deputies, the woman entered the bank at 299 Monument Road around 10:17 a.m. and demanded money from a teller, revealing that she had a gun.

The teller gave the woman an undisclosed amount of cash and the robber left the scene on foot.
Deputies describe the woman as black, 30-50 years old and approximately 5 feet 7 inches tall. She was wearing an orange zip-up jacket, dark sweat pants, white beanie cap and large sunglasses.
