Collazo was arrested last year after police say he tried raping a woman int he parking lot of an IHOP.

Collazo got his name because he has a Hello Kitty tattoo.

Prosecutors say they also have DNA evidence that connects him to a crime from 2012 where a woman claims Collazo broke into her apartment, threatened her with a knife and then raped her.
