What do you see as the top three issues in this race?
Repealing Race to the Top and reinstating local governance. Parents, students and teachers had no knowledge their elected officials were in the midst of fundamentally changing how we educate SJC students.To date, there is no evidence or benchmarks that Common Core standards, curriculum or testing will benefit students.
Stopping future Unfunded Mandates through implementing a process that School Board members have financial details to determine where funding will come from before making spending decisions.
Provide all SJC students access to quality teachers and learning environment that meets the student's needs.
