These four teenagers face charges in what police say was a case of the 'knockout game'... Officers say surveillance video caught them ATTACKING a juvenile inside a Georgia store. 3 These arrests come just weeks after we heard about knockout game attacks .. showing up here in Jacksonville .. most of which remain unsolved. The Georgia suspects are three 18-year-olds and one 19- year-old. The attack was at the Walmart on Altama Connector Boulevard in Brunswick in Glynn County. Channel 4's Elizabeth Campbell has been talking with police .. She is joining us now LIVE from South Georgia. 3 3 3 Well the Glynn County PD made it clear that this is still an open investigation so they gave us limited information -- but they are happy these 4 were caught. They say this growing INTERNATIONAL trend of knocking people out for pure entertainment is absolutely wrong - - and that it won't be tolerated here in Glynn County. 3 3 Roll cue to vo: "absolutely wrong" Roll cue "absolutely wrong" Roll cue "absolutely Roll cue to vo: Roll cue to vo: "absolutely wrong" Roll cue to sot: roll cue for SOT is "in his county" 3 00-10 Chief Matt Doering/Glynn Co PD SOT - 4314 younger adults somestimes teens will go out as some type of game in their minds and what i call ambush sucker punch an inidividual for their entertainment BUTTED WITH SOT - 5501 i think this is a good case to show everyone this is not a game not entertaining no not ok and regardless of your age it should be a felony When asked if any of the 4 have been arrested before the chief wouldn't say whether or not any of them have been arrested before -- but DID say they have been in trouble with police before. I spoke with the uncle of one of the teens and he says his nephew and his friends are good kids -- we'll hear from him coming up all new at 6. QUESTION - What did the chief tell you about these 4 possibly facing even more charges?ANSWER - Absolutely -- they most likely will according to police. When asked why the 4 are currently charged with cruelty to a child instead of battery or assault, Doering said the cruelty to a child is a felony and that this crime is so serious they need to be charged with felonies.A battery or assault charge will most likely come soon for each teen, which would be a misdemeanor charge.
