78-year-old woman dies in Mandarin crash

JACKSONVILLE, Fla. – A 78-year-old woman was killed in a crash in Mandarin late Wednesday morning, according to Jacksonville police.

Investigators said Llewellyn Sadler was driving a Buick, coming out of Princess Labeth Court about 11:30 a.m. and rolled through the stop sign to turn left onto Old St Augustine Road.

Police said Sadler's car was T-boned by an SUV, and she died at the scene.

The driver of the SUV was shaken up but was not injured.

Two northbound lanes and one southbound lane of Old St. Augustine were closed while police investigated the crash.
