JACKSONVILLE, Fla. – A motorcyclist was killed Saturday night in a crash on Jacksonville's Westside, according to the Jacksonville Sheriff's Office.
The crash happened at the intersection of Plymouth Street and Cassat Avenue.

Investigators said the motorcyclist was traveling north on Cassat Avenue when an SUV heading south turned in front of the motorcycle.
The motorcyclist was struck by the SUV. CPR was performed on the motorcyclist, but he was not resuscitated.
The intersection was closed one block in both directions.
