JACKSONVILLE, Fla. - Two men are charged in connection with making methamphetamine in a wooded area near Prudential Drive and Main Street on Tuesday afternoon, forcing police to close the Main Street Bridge for about an hour.

James Jackson, 47, and Ernest Tutton, 44, were arrested on several meth charges.

The Jacksonville Sheriff's Office bomb squad was called to the scene to decontaminate the area.

Police said officers were searching through a transient camp trying to dismember it when they found the two men cooking meth.

Officers said they also found a baggie of marijuana in Tutton's pocket.

Police closed Interstate 95 southbound at the Main Street Bridge and Prudential Drive on ramp until about 4:45 p.m.
