GAINESVILLE, Fla. – Twenty-three years after a University of Florida student went missing, she still has not been found.

Tiffany Sessions disappeared on Feb. 9, 1989, when she was 20 years old.

According to the Alachua County Sheriff's Office, Sessions told her roommate at about 6 p.m. she was going for a walk and never returned. An extensive search provided no clues about what happened to her.

The Sheriff's Office said it's committed to resolving as many unsolved missing persons and homicide cases as possible.

Investigators ask anyone with information about Sessions' disappearance or any other missing persons or homicide cases to call the Sheriff's Office at 352-367-4161.

Callers can also remain anonymous and be eligible for a reward of up to $1,000 for information leading to an arrest by calling Crime Stoppers at 352-372-7867. Anonymous tips may be left on the Sheriff's Office website at www.alachuasheriff.org.
