Man named person of interest says 3 felony warrants issued

ORANGE COUNTY, Fla. – Arrest warrants were issued Wednesday for the person of interest named in a fire that killed a woman and two children in Florida.

Orange County Sheriff's Office deputies named LaRunne Richardson, 37, as a person of interest in April and on Wednesday, issued three felony first-degree murder warrants for his client.

Richardson's lawyer, Carlus Haynes, said he believes his client is innocent and he is making arrangements for Richardson to turn himself in.

Deputies said Richardson is with his family in Jacksonville, who say they will turn him in.

WKMG-TV reports the March 11 fire at the Misty Oaks Apartments left the upstairs apartment charred.

Inside investigators found the bodies of Carllans Fils-Aime, 29, and her two young nephews, Jacque Gustave and Samuel Gustave.
