3 women arrested, accused of killing missing woman

Deputies suspect drugs in the murder case

BREVARD COUNTY, Fla. – The Brevard County Sheriff's office arrested three women in reference to the death of 39-year-old Danielle Jacobs who was reported missing by her roommate on August 30.

Deputies said Jacobs was last seen by her roommate on August 21 in Rockledge.

Deputies arrested 32-year-old Alexandria Schmidt, 31-year-old Jessica Brewer and 33-year-old Dhanvantarivisn Cramer on murder charges.

Deputies said the Jacobs and defendants were allegedly involved in the manufacture, distribution and use of methamphetamine.

Deputies said witnesses advised that the women arrested attacked Jacobs after they believed that she was providing information to law enforcement about the group's illegal activities.

Deputies said the murder happened at Schmidt's residence on Lazy Lane, after which the victim's body was moved to another location along with other evidence to conceal the death.

Deputies said Jacob's body was found and taken to the Medical Examiner's office for an autopsy.

"It's very sad that life has such little meaning to those involved with drugs like meth. It is all the more reason we need to be vigilant in ridding our community of those that make and sell it.  I am very proud how the deputies pieced together what took place and who was involved after the suspects' extreme efforts to destroy evidence. It's a good feeling to bring such callous people to justice," said Sheriff Jack Parker.
