Police say confrontation over relationship led to shooting

JACKSONVILLE, Fla. – The third of four men charged in connection with the shooting death of another man last week has been arrested.

James Williams turned himself in to police Monday and confessed to being involved with the shooting of 22-year-old Antonio Mosely at the Moncrief Village Apartments on the Northside, according to the Jacksonville Sheriff's Office.

Richard Person III, 26, and Miles McChriston Jr., 24, (pictured right) were arrested last week and charged with murder.

Police said Williams admitted to assisting Person, who wanted to confront Mosely about being physically abusive to Mosely's girlfriend. She is Person's cousin.

Police are looking for one more person wanted in the shooting. Investigators said all four fired shots at Mosely.
