The victim told deputies the vehicle was parked in his driveway throughout the night, and when he came out the following morning he discovered it had been stolen.

The vehicle keys were left in the garage where the thieves entered the garage, removed the keys and then stole the vehicle.

The vehicle was later found abandoned in the area of Huntington Forest Boulevard West in Jacksonville.

Deputies said evidence in the vehicle suggests the thieves stopped at the Kangaroo gas station at Old St. Augustine Road and Oldfield Crossing on July 26. The vehicle is seen on store surveillance entering the parking lot, and the four seen on surveillance were all in the vehicle, deputies said.

Detectives are attempting to identify the four shown. They are believed to possibly live in Julington Creek or Mandarin.

Anyone with any information concerning the investigation is asked to call Detective Andrew Stoinoff at 904-209-2148 or Crime Stoppers at 888-277-TIPS (8477).
