Deputies said he was seen driving through yards in the St. Andrews neighborhood then stopped. Deputies said they found Murray slumped over the steering wheel with the car running.

Investigators said Murray showed signs of impairment, including bloodshot, watery eye, a strong smell of alcohol coming from his breath and staggering while exiting the vehicle.

Murray refused a field sobriety test, deputies said. They said he later consented to a breath test.

Murray was released from jail about 12:30 p.m. Wednesday on $2,500 bond.
