Body in paint Glynn County factory was transient

Autopsy found South Dakota man died of chronic alcoholism

BRUNSWICK, Ga. – Glynn County police say the body found last Friday at an abandoned paint factory was of a South Dakota man who died of chronic alcoholism.

Officers say the body 42-year-old Nathan Beau Havens that was found on Glynn Avenue had was in a state of decomposition.  The Georgia Bureau of Investigation Crime Lab had to use dental records to identify the body.

Havens last known address was in Rapid City, S.D. Police say he had been living as a transient prior to his death.
