In the notice, building inspectors say the decks are failing because of rotting wood and the way they're constructed. They say the other three decks could fail at any time.

Guard rails on the decks are rotting. Inspectors say the roof over one of the doors has rotten supports. And they say the home's siding has numerous holes, allowing water to get in.

The people renting the home were given 48 hours to move out.

The city says the landlord, Ernest Russell Jr., must start making repairs to fix the problems within 30 days. He could face fines if he doesn't comply.
