ST. JOHNS COUNTY, Fla. – A 67-year-old St. Johns County man was arrested Wednesday on a charge of capital sexual battery.
Investigators said Joseph Baggett was supervising a girl younger than 10 last Saturday morning, and when the girl's parents picked her up, she told them Baggett had touched her inappropriately.

The parents then contacted the St. Johns County Sheriff's Office, and investigators questioned Baggett on Wednesday afternoon.
Following questioning at the Sheriff's Office, he was arrested and booked into the St. Johns County jail, where he was being held without bail.
